Abstract
Lepljenje je ena izmed metod spajanja različnih materialov, ki se vedno bolj pogosto uporablja predvsem v avtomobilski in letalski industriji. V sklopu zaključne naloge smo raziskovali vpliv teksture na površini aluminijeve zlitine in kompozita na lastnosti lepljenih spojev. Določili smo procesne parametre laserskega graviranja in z laserskim graviranjem na površini obeh materialov vgravirali različne oblike, izvedli meritve kotov omočenja, vzorce zlepili in jih preizkusili na nateznem testu. Ugotovili smo, da procesni parametri vplivajo na izgled in kvaliteto gravure na površini. Z višjo frekvenco pri laserskem graviranju dosežemo večjo globino, nekoliko širšo linijo brez vidnih kraterjev. Ugotovili smo tudi, da s strukturo na površini povečamo hrapavost površine in s tem strižno trdnost lepljenega spoja.

Title:Effect of composite and aluminium alloy surface texture on the properties of bonded joints
Abstract:
Adhesive bonding is one of the methods of joining dissimilar materials which is increasingly commonly used, especially in the automotive and aviation industries. As a part of the final bachelor thesis, we investigated the effect of texture on the surface of the aluminum alloy and composite on the properties of the bonded joints. We determined the process parameters of laser engraving and engraved different shapes of texture on the surface of both materials, performed contact angle measurements and adhesive bonding of samples, and tested the tensile strength of adhesively bonded joints. It was established that the process parameters affect the appearance and quality of the engraving on the surface. With the higher frequency at laser engraving, we achieve a greater depth, a slightly wider line without visible craters. We also found that the laser engraved texture on the surface increases the roughness of the surface and thus, the shear strength of the adhesive bonded joints.
