Abstract
Cilj diplomskega dela je bil načrtati in izdelati razširitveni modul za razvojno ploščo STM32 Nucleo-64 (NUCLEO-G431RB), katerega namen je generiranje vklopnih napetostnih ramp s parametri, določenimi preko uporabniškega vmesnika. Generiranje napetostnih ramp je simulacija vklopnih testov za merilnike pomika, ki so glavni produkt podjetja RLS . Testi so se do sedaj izvajali na napravi PowerAnalyzer N6705C, ki je zaradi velike cene na podjetju samo ena. Ker se ta naprava uporablja tudi za druge teste in simulacije, sem z mojim izdelkom časovno razbremenil njeno zasedenost in pohitril izvajanje omenjenih simulacij. Na podlagi analize delovanja PowerAnalyzerja sem se z modulom želel čim bolj približati njeni funkcionalnosti. Modul v grobem sestavljajo močnostni operacijski ojačevalnik OPA547, izhodna priključka za priklop napajalnih kablov, integrirano vezje INA139 za merjenje toka, pretvornik negativne DC napetosti. Pamet sistema predstavlja prej omenjena razvojna plošča Nucleo-64, na katero se omenjeni modul poveže. V času pisanja te diplomske naloge sem projekt končal, a bom v nadaljevanju dodal še dodatne funkcionalnosti, ki jih strojna oprema modula podpira in bodo del programa napisanega v mikrokontrolerju.

Title:Design and implementation of the module for generating voltage ramps
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis aimed to design and manufacture an expansion module for the STM32 Nucleo-64 development board (NUCLEO-G431RB) the purpose of which is to generate switch-on voltage ramps according to user-defined parameters. The generation of voltage ramps serves as a simulation of switching tests for displacement meters which are the main product of RLS. Tests have so far been conducted on the PowerAnalyzer N6705C which is the only one in the company due to its high price. Since this device is also used for other tests and simulations, I used this product to relieve its occupancy and speed up simulations. Based on the analysis of the PowerAnalyzer's operation, I wanted to get as close as possible to its functionality with the module. The module roughly consists of a power operational amplifier OPA547, output connectors for connecting power cables, an INA139 integrated circuit for current measurement, and a negative DC converter. The intelligence of the system is the Nucleo-64 development board on which the module is mounted. At the time of writing this thesis, I completed the project but I will add additional functionalities which are supported by the hardware of the module and are a matter of the program written on the microcontroller.
