Integracija platforme za poslovno komunikacijo in platforme za upravljanje dokumentov

Integracije so postale ena glavnih disciplin, ki podjetjem na učinkovit način pomagajo izboljšati medsebojno sodelovanje in komunikacijo. V okviru diplomske naloge obravnavamo integracijo dveh kompleksnih platform, in sicer platforme za poslovno komunikacijo Microsoft Teams in platforme za upravljanje z dokumenti InDoc EDGE. Na podlagi analiz in raziskav smo razvili prototip aplikacije za Microsoft Teams, ki poskrbi za integracijo obeh platform. S pomočjo aplikacije lahko iščemo po vseh dokumentih, ki se nahajajo v dokumentnem sistemu platforme InDoc EDGE. Želene dokumente si nato lahko ogledamo v formatu PDF ali urejamo kot dokument Word. Skupinsko urejanje dokumentov Word smo implementirali s pomočjo protokola WOPI, ki poskrbi za povezavo z urejevalnikom Office Online. Spremembe se sproti shranjujejo nazaj na InDoc EDGE. Vse potrebno delo lahko torej opravimo znotraj platforme Microsoft Teams, brez da bi posebej dostopali še do platforme InDoc EDGE. Na ta način smo olajšali in pohitrili proces skupinskega dela.

• Title: The Integration of Platform for Business Communication and Platform for Documents Management

Abstract

Integrations have become one of the main disciplines that help companies to improve their cooperation and communication in an effective way. The diploma thesis deals with the integration of two complex platforms -- business communication platform Microsoft Teams and document management platform InDoc EDGE. Based on analysis and research, we have developed a prototype application for Microsoft Teams, which ensures the integration of both platforms. This application helps us to search all documents located in the document system of the InDoc EDGE platform. Desired documents can then be viewed in format PDF or edited as a document Word. We implemented group editing of documents Word using the protocol WOPI, which provides a connection to the editor Office Online. All changes are saved back in real time to InDoc EDGE. All the necessary work can therefore be done within the platform Microsoft Teams, without having to manually access the platform InDoc EDGE at the same time. In this way, we facilitated and accelerated the process of group work.
