Razvoj samonakladalne prikolice za transport valjastih bal

Na manjših kmetijah se za spravilo krme velikokrat poslužujemo izdelave valjastih bal. Problem nastane pri spravilu večje količine bal s travnika do skladiščnega prostora, saj je brez prave mehanizacije potrebno veliko časa. S pomočjo metode VDI 2221 smo raziskali razmere na trgu in z upoštevanjem potreb naročnika razvili primerno rešitev. Za rešitev smo izdelali 3D model z vsemi bistvenimi detajli, ki so potrebni za realizacijo modela v uporaben izdelek.

• Title: Development of self-loading wagon for transport of round bales

Abstract

On smaller farms, we often use round bales to harvest forage. The problem arises when transporting larger quantities of bales from the meadow to the storage area takes a lot of time without proper machinery. Using the VDI 2221 method, we researched the market situation and developed a suitable solution, according to the client's needs. For the solution, we created a 3D model with all the essential details needed to realise the model into a usable product.
