Abstract
Stroji, ki so obremenjeni s časovno spremenljivimi obremenitvami, kot npr. ekscentrske stiskalnice, so podvrženi utrujanju in nastanku utrujenostnih razpok. V podjetju so imeli prav takšno težavo pri eni izmed svojih stiskalnic. Opravili so sanacijo razpok in na kritična mesta dodali ojačitve konstrukcije. V nalogi smo analizirali postopek sanacije, smotrnost izbire in postavitve ojačitev, ter izvedbo sanacije z varjenjem. Ugotovili smo, da so se inženirji sanacijskih del lotili dobro pripravljeni in varnostno na ustreznem nivoju, kljub temu pa smo med podrobnejšo analizo odkrili neoptimalnosti pri pripravi zvarnih spojev. Tudi postavitev ojačitve ni najoptimalnejša, zato je v nalogi predlagana in utemeljena izboljšana rešitev. V nalogi so podana tudi ustrezna teoretičnega ozadja, ki podpirajo naše predloge, s poudarkom na konstrukcijskih rešitvah za boljšo odpornost proti utrujanju.

Title:Analysis of eccentric press head repair
Abstract:
Machines like eccentric presses are likely to suffer from fatigue damage and fatigue cracks. A company had that kind of a problem at theirs presses and they made a reconstruction of the cracks on the shank of the press. To reduce the future fatigue damage, they also added some reinforcement plates on the critical places. In the thesis, we evaluate the reconstruction and how the welds were made. We also consider the effectiveness of added reinforcements. The analysis shows some suboptimalities in the welds preparation and implementation of the reinforcements. The thesis also covers the necessary theoretically background regarding fatigue of elements with emphasis on effects of weld geometry. The more optimal solutions of reconstruction with improved fatigue resistance of critical welds is also shown.
