Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je prikazana analiza servo pogonskega sistema, ki se uporablja v servo pozicionirnih napravah. Obravnavana problematika je menjava aktualnega servomotorja, vgrajenega v servo pogonski sistem, z novo generacijo ter ugotovitev njegovega vpliva na celoten servo pogonski sistem. V začetku so predstavljene osnovne značilnosti in zgradba servo pozicionirne naprave ter vanjo vgrajenega servo pogonskega sistema. Podrobneje so opisani elementi, ki sestavljajo servo pogonski sistem. To so servomotor in jermensko ter cikloidno gonilo. Sledi predstavitev konkretnih elementov in njihovih lastnosti, ki so vgrajeni v obravnavan servo pogonski sistem. V glavnem delu magistrske naloge je opravljena analiza obstoječega servo pogonskega sistema. Če želimo analizirati vpliv nove generacije servomotorja na celoten servo pogonski sistem, je potrebno poznati stanje sistema s staro generacijo servomotorja. Analiza sistema obsega preračun jermenskega gonila in analizo cikloidnega gonila, ki določata končne karakteristike celotnega servo pogonskega sistema. V nadaljevanju je prikazana primerjava obeh servomotorjev ter odstopanja med njima, kot posledica razlik so prikazana tudi odstopanja med servo pogonskima sistemoma s staro in novo generacijo servomotorja. Dobljene rezultate in ugotovitve bomo upoštevali pri nadaljnji izbiri primernega servo pogonskega sistema za premagovanje zahtevanih obremenitev.

Title:Analysis of servomotor replacement on the mechanical properties of the servo drive system
Abstract:
In the master thesis an analysis of the servo drive system used in servo positioning device in our company is presented. The objective of the final thesis is an analysis of a replacement of current servomotor, built into the considered servo drive system, with the new generation and determination of its impact on the entire servo drive system. At the beginning of the master thesis, the basic characteristics of the structure of servo positioning devices and the built-in servo drive system are presented. The elements that make up the servo drive system are described in more detail. This is servomotor, belt drive and cycloid gearbox drive. The following is a presentation of machine elements and their properties, which are built into the considered servo drive system. In the main part of the master thesis, an analysis of the existing servo drive system is performed. To analyze the impact of the new generation of servomotor on the entire servo drive system, the state of the old generation system needs to be known. The analysis of the system includes the calculation of the belt drive and the analysis of the cycloid gearbox, which determines the final characteristics of the entire servo drive system. This is followed by comparison of both servomotors and variations between them and presentation of variations between servo drives systems with the old and the new generation of servomotors. The obtained results and findings will be considered for selecting a suitable servo drive system for overcoming the required loads.
