Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil analizirati učinek gibalnega programa za razvoj moči v prvem starostnem obdobju. Na podlagi strokovne literature smo oblikovali gibalni program za razvoj moči. Naredili smo akcijsko raziskavo na eni skupini otrok, v katero smo vključili 12 otrok. Pridobljene podatke smo statistično obdelali s programom Excel. Podatke smo zbirali od junija do julija 2021. Za analizo učinkov programa smo uporabili testno baterijo, ki smo jo poimenovali »TEST MOČI«. Ta test smo izvedli dvakrat, in sicer prvič pred začetkom gibalnega programa (»TEST MOČ 1«) ter drugič po njem (»TEST MOČ 2«). Razliko v rezultatih smo interpretirali kot napredek otroka v moči. Gibalni program, ki smo ga pripravili, smo izvajali 5 tednov, in sicer 3-krat tedensko po 30 minut. Analiza rezultatov je pokazala napredek pri vseh vključenih otrocih.

Title:Excercise program for the development of strength at children aged 1 to 3 years
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma paper was to analyse the effect of the exercise programme for the development of the strength at children aged 1 to 3 years. Based on the professional literature, we designed an exercise program for the development of strength, in which 12 children participated. The obtained results were statistically processed using Excel Software. The survey was carried from June to July 2021. »POWER TEST 1« was performed before the exercise program and »POWER TEST 2« after the performance, thus checking the progress of children in terms of their strength. In the meantime, we performed an exercise programme to improve strength for 5 weeks, 3 times a week for 30 minutes. The results of the final »POWER TEST 2« showed progress in all children who were included in the exercise programme for the development of the strength.
