Abstract
Osrednji računalnik letalnikov predstavlja ključno povezavo med sistemi letalnika ter njihovim pravilnim in zanesljivim delovanjem. Omogoča spremljanje delovanja sistemov in pomaga pri odpravljanju napak in okvar. V primeru napak se pojavijo opozorila, ki sistematično vodijo do glavnega vzroka napake. V nalogi se osredotočimo na sisteme, potrebne za pravilno delovanje motorjev AE3007A, letalnikov Embraer ERJ135/145. Predstavljen in po procesih razčlenjen je turboventilatorski motor AE3007A. Predstavljen je tudi osrednji računalnik letalnikov ERJ135/145 in vrste podatkov, ki jih slednji zajema. Naloga se nato usmeri na opozorila osrednjega računalnika in kako so po kategorijah razčlenjena glede na pomembnost obravnave. Med drugim je prikazan in predstavljen program, razvit za zbiranje opozoril osrednjega računalnika, prikazan pa je tudi proces analize sekundarnih opozoril. Na koncu izvedena statistična analiza prikaže pogostost pojavljanja posameznih opozoril in poda smernice za korektivne ukrepe. Prav tako so podani predlogi za nadaljnjo avtomatizacijo in vpeljavo procesov sprotnega analiziranja najpomembnejših sekundarnih opozoril.

Title:Automatization and analysis of secondary maintenance messages from central maintenance computer to improve operation efficiency of systems
Abstract:
Central maintenance computer represents a key link between aircraft's systems and their correct and reliable operation. It enables system monitoring and thus helps with identifying and resolving faults and failures. When faults are present, associated maintenance messages appear which systematically lead to the root cause of faults. In diploma we focus on systems required for correct operation of AE3007A engines used on Embraer ERJ135/145 aircraft. The AE3007A turbofan engine is presented and broken down by processes, along with the central maintenance computer used on ERJ135/145. Different types of data collected and processed by the CMC are introduced. The diploma then focuses on maintenance messages and how they are categorized based on their importance. Among other things, a program developed for collecting CMC maintenance messages is shown and presented, as well as a process for analyzing secondary maintenance messages. At the end a statistical analysis is carried out which shows a frequency of individual maintenance messages and provides guidelines for corrective actions. Suggestions are also given for further automatization and introduction of processes for regular analysis of secondary maintenance messages of the utmost importance.
