Abstract
Cilj magistrskega dela je razviti sistem, ki omogoča košnjo vegetacije okoli drevesnih debel. Metodologija, ki smo ji sledili, je pregledati do sedaj vložene patente ter izdelke na tem področju. S pomočjo inženirskega znanja in modelov za razvoj izdelkov smo nato izbrali in zasnovali koncept, ki je tema obravnave. Le-tega smo razdelili na standardne strojne elemente, ki smo jih vrednotili in naredili statični ter dinamični trdnostni preračun. Problem, s katerim smo se srečevali tekom preračuna, je postavitev obremenitvenih pogojev iz z njimi povezane obremenitvene slučaje. Za zagotavljanje učinkovite košnje je potrebna identifikacija ključnih parametrov, ki so vključeni v proces. Slednjega smo natančneje ponazorili v drugem delu ter s pomočjo optimizacijske metode iskali rešitev za čim večjo učinkovitost. Rezultati in preračuni kažejo, da je na tem področju še dovolj prostora za izboljšave in nove izdelke, saj so zahteve iz dneva v dan večje. Z ekonomičnim razpolaganjem sredstev in izbiro pravega pristopa to lahko dosežemo.

Title:Development of a simple trailer device for cutting vegetation around small trees
Abstract:
The objective of the master's thesis is to develop a system that allows cutting vegetation around tree trunks. The methodology, which was followed, is to review the patents filed so far and the products in this field. With the help of engineering knowledge and product development models, the design concepts were selected and discussed. The first subassembly was divided into standard machine elements, which were evaluated and a static and dynamic strength calculation was performed. The main problem is estimating the structural stress conditions from the associated load cases. To ensure efficient cutting, it is necessary to identify the key parameters involved in the process. We illustrated the process in more detail in the second part and with the help of the optimization method with which the maximum efficiency was sought. The results and calculations show that there is still enough room in this area for improvements and new products, as the requirements are increasing day by day. We can achieve this by economically disposing of resources and choosing the right approach.
