Abstract
Diplomsko naloga je nastala na podlagi industrijskega projekta, ki je bil izveden v okviru podjetja VIRO Pakirni stroji d.o.o. Diplomsko delo obravnava izdelavo stroja za avtomatsko povijanje izolacijskih plošč v folijo. Uvodoma so predstavljeni posamezni ključni deli celotnega stroja. Ti sklopi obsegajo predstavitev delovanja stroja ter uporabljeno strojno opremo. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena programska oprema EPLAN P8 za izris električnih shem, načrtovanje priključnega dela elektro omare in izdelavo električne sheme glede na podatke iz faze projektiranja. Na koncu je podan še opis programske opreme, ki obrazloži delovanje posameznih sekvenc pakirnega stroja v programskem okolju TIA Portal.

Title:Machine for automated wrapping of the insulation plates
Abstract:
The diploma thesis was created on the basis of an industrial project carried that was carried out cooperation with the company VIRO Pakirni stroji d.o.o. The thesis describes a production machine for automatic wrapping of insulation boards in foil. In the beginning, the individual key parts of the machine is presented which compromise operation of the machine and hardware that was used. The following chapters describes planning the connection part of the electrical cabinet and making the electrical diagram in software EPLAN P8 according to the data from the design phase. Finally, a description of the program code is given, which explains the operation of individual sequences of the TIA Portal software environment.
