Snovanje in analiza odločitvenega diagrama za izbor tehnologije merjenja v proizvodnem strojništvu

Abstract
Kontrola kakovosti v proizvodnem strojništvu zahteva občasno ali redno spremljanje ter merjenje ključnih dimenzij (pol)izdelka. Pri tem poznamo več vrst merilnih metod, ki se v osnovi delijo na dotične in brezdotične metode. Dotični način merjenja je uporabljen predvsem pri merjenju točno določenih veličin kosov (premeri, nakloni, dolžine…), medtem ko se brezdotične metode merjenja uporabljajo največkrat pri 3D skeniranju za vzvratno inženirstvo. Oba načina imata svoje prednosti in omejitve, ki se nanašajo na natančnost merjenja, namen meritve, lastnosti površine merjenega kosa, hitrost in stroške merjenja. Magistrska naloga je namenjena ugotavljanju omejitev in prednosti posemeznih merilnih metod ter kreiranju odločitvenega diagrama, iz katerega se lahko vsak glede na enostavne odločitvene kriterije odloči za najboljšo tehnologijo merjenja. Vsaka tehnologija je bila vrednotena na merjenju dveh lukenj na vzorčnem kosu, z uporabo odločitvenega diagrama pa smo določili in uporabili posamezne tehnologije merjenja tudi na petih primerih iz industrije. Ugotovili smo, da je glede na pridobljene podatke časov in natančnosti meritev vzorčnega kosa in izbire merilne tehnologije za merjenje pet primerov iz industrije, kreiran odločitveni diagram primeren za izbor tehnologije merjenja.

Title:Design and analysis of a decision diagram for the selection of measurement technology in manufacturing engineering
Abstract:
Quality control in production engineering requires periodic or regular monitoring and measurement of key dimensions of the (semi)product. There are several types of measuring methods, which are basically divided into touch and non-touch methods. Touch principle of measurement is mainly used to measure precisely defined piece sizes (diameters, inclinations, lengths…), while non-contact measurement methods are mostly used in 3D scanning for reverse engineering. Both methods have their advantages and limitations, which relate to the accuracy of measurement, the purpose of measurement, the surface properties of the measured piece, speed and cost of measurement. The master's thesis is intended to determine the limitations and advantages of individual measurement methods and to create a screening diagram from which anyone can decide on the best measurement technology, according to simple decision criteria. Each technology was evaluated on the measurement of the two bores of the sample piece, and using a screening diagram, we determined and applied individual measurement technologies also on pieces from industry. We found that based on the obtained data of time and accuracy of sample measurements and the choice of measurement technology for measuring five examples from industry, the created decision diagram is suitable for the selection of measurement technology.
