Abstract
Staranje površin pri vrenju pogosto ni obravnavano pri razvoju površin za izboljšan prenosom toplote pri vrenju, čeprav je izjemnega pomena iz aplikativnega vidika. V sklopu naloge smo razvili merilno progo za dolgotrajne preizkuse vrenja. Zasnovali smo protokol izvajanja meritev na izdelani merilni progi za ovrednotenje sprememb intenzivnosti prenosa toplote in površinskih lastnosti na časovni skali več stournega obratovanja. Izvedli smo ovrednotenje dolgotrajnega vrenja na neobdelanih površinah iz bakra, aluminija in nerjavečega jekla pri različnih gostotah toplotnega toka. Analizirali smo spreminjanje koeficienta toplotne prestopnosti pri staranju površin in definirali funkcijske odvisnosti spreminjanje koeficienta na bakrenih površinah. Pokazali smo, da se površine, na katerih poteka vrenje, starajo bolj intenzivno kot površine, ki so enako dolgo izpostavljene vrelemu mediju, vendar vrenje na njih ne poteka.

Title:Experimental evaluation of boiling heat transfer intensity changes due to aging of boiling surfaces
Abstract:
Surface aging under boiling conditions is often not considered when developing surfaces for enhanced heat transfer although it is extremely important from an applicative standpoint. In this work, we developed an experimental setup for long-term boiling evaluation and prepared a protocol for carrying out long-term tests. We performed several long-term boiling tests on untreated copper, aluminium and stainless-steel surfaces at different heat fluxes. We analysed changes in heat transfer coefficient due to surface aging and defined correlations to predict heat transfer intensity changes on copper. We showed that surfaces, on which boiling actively took place, aged more intensively compared to surfaces, which were only exposed to the boiling fluid but boiling did not take place on them.
