Abstract
Fotoaparat oziroma delovanje zaslonke na fotoaparatu lahko primerjamo s človeškim očesom. Z zaslonko reguliramo količino svetlobe, ki pade na film ali tipalo, pri človeškem očesu pa to nalogo opravlja zenica, ki prav tako uravnava količino svetlobe, ki pride v oko. Glavni namen diplomske naloge je predstavitev makro fotografije človeškega očesa ter natančno spoznavanje vseh korakov fotografiranja makro fotografije, ki jih fotograf pri svojem delu lahko uporablja. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena makro fotografija, kako se pripraviti na fotografiranje, kakšno opremo uporabiti, kakšni objektivi in osvetlitev se uporabljajo, kako svetloba vpliva na zenico v človeškem očesu in kako na zaslonko v fotoaparatu. V eksperimentalnem delu je opisana analiza raziskave fotografiranja več modelov in izdelave fotografij človeških očes različnih barv pod različnimi osvetlitvami. S fotografijami je prikazana tako reakcija kot posledično barvna reprodukcija očesa pod različnimi osvetlitvami. Rezultat diplomske naloge so fotografije človeških očes različnih barv in struktur pri osvetljenem prostoru in v temi, z zoženo in razširjeno zenico. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil določiti idealne pogoje za fotografiranje človeškega očesa.

Title:Macro photography of the human eye
Abstract:
The camera, or rather the camera shutter, can be compared with the human eye. The quantity of light applied to the film is regulated by the shutter while the human eye regulates it with the pupil. The main purpose of my thesis is presenting the macro photography of the human eye and detail introduction of all the possible steps that may be applied to professional macro photography. First of all I shall theoretically introduce macro photography, the necessary preparations, the optimum equipment, such as lens options and lighting. I shall present how lighting affects the pupil and the shutter by comparison of both. The experimental part of my thesis describes the analyses of research regarding multiple models and photographs of diversely colored human eyes with lighting variations. These photographs present the reaction, but also the color reproduction of an eye using different lighting methods. The result are photographs of diversely colored and structured eyes that were taken in lightened as well as dark studios and result in dilation of pupils. The main goal is to determine the ideal setting for human eye photography.
