Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava varjenje poliuretanske pene z vročim zrakom. Glavni razlogi za raziskavo so izboljšanje produktivnosti in kvalitete spoja ter zmanjšanje cene spajanja. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena vsa potrebna oprema za uspešno varjenje poliuretanske pene z vročim zrakom. Predstavljena je izbira grelca, puhala in izdelana priprava za uspešno varjenje pene. Prav tako so prikazane primerne različice varilnih šob. Navedene so pomembne značilnosti o poliuretanski peni, kot so obdelava, strategije o trajnosti pen, recikliranje in uporaba pen. Prav tako so predstavljeni pomembni varilni parametri. Kakovost spojev je bila ovrednotena z vizualno kontrolo in nateznim preizkusom. Rezultati so zapisani v preglednicah in predstavljeni na diagramih. Ugotovili smo, optimalne parametre za uspešno varjenje poliuretanskih pen.

Title:Hot air welding of polyurethane foam
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the hot air welding of polyurethane foam. The main reasons for the study are to improve productivity and the quality of the joint and to reduce the price of the welding. The thesis presents all necessary equipment for successful hot air welding of polyurethane foam. The thesis presents successful choice of heater, blower and mechanism for successful welding of polyurethane foam with hot air. Important features about polyurethane foams are also presented, such as processing, strategies on foam durability, recycling and the use of foams. Important welding parameters are also presented. The quality of the joints has been evaluated by visual inspection and tensile test. The results are recorded in the tables and presented on the diagrams. An optimal parameters for successful welding of polyurethane foams were developed.
