Abstract
Podjetje želi standardizirati izbiro izvedbe spoja hladilne enote na steno transformatorskega kotla, saj je to eno izmed trdnostno kritičnih mest. V uporabi je veliko število geometrijsko različnih hladilnih enot, ki različno obremenjujejo izvedbe spoja. Zato izdelamo program, ki bo vrnil informacijo o primernosti izvedbe spoja za poljubno geometrijo hladilne enote. Omejimo se le na standardizacijo iz vidika trdnosti. Konstrukcijo analiziramo po metodi končnih elementov za dve vrsti obremenitve – obremenitev lastne teže in superponirane potresne obremenitve, določene po standardu Evrokod 8.

Title:Standardization of a cooling unit mounting on the power transformer tank
Abstract:
Company wants to standardize process of choosing a mechanically critical subassembly – connection between cooling unit and wall of the power transformer tank. Loading of mentioned connection depends on geometry of cooling units. Geometries in use have large variety, therefore we develop a program which returns information of appropriateness of connection type for specified loading – cooling unit geometry. Connection assembly is analysed by finite element analysis, considering standard earth gravity and superposed earthquake loading, defined by Evrokod 8.
