Abstract
V tem delu je opisan postopek konstruiranja tlačne posode za farmacevtsko industrijo z upoštevanjem Pravilnika o tlačni opremi in uporabi nemške tehnične smernice AD 2000. Posoda je sestavljena iz dveh komor: produktne, kjer je delovni tlak od – 1 bar do 3,5 bar in ogrevalne, kjer je delovni tlak 8 bar. Največja dovoljena temperatura je 150 °C. Najprej so predstavljene teoretične osnove, ki jih moramo poznati preden začnemo s konstruiranjem. Sledi podroben in strukturiran preračun vseh glavnih komponent posode. Vseskozi so podani tudi standardi, ki bi morebitnemu uporabniku prišli prav. Izračunana sta najmanjši in največji testni tlak, s katerim posodo še lahko obremenimo. Kratko je predstavljen tudi primer izračuna kapacitete varnostnega ventila in razpočnega diska za vodo in vodno paro. S preračunom smo ugotovili, da posoda zdrži predvidene obratovalne pogoje in da dosegamo zahtevano število obremenitvenih ciklov. Izveden je tudi pregled izkoriščenosti vseh komponent v sestavu, s katerim si pomagamo pri morebitnem zmanjševanju stroškov proizvodnje takšne posode.

Title:Strength calculation of a pharmaceutical pressure vessel for the production of COVID vaccine components
Abstract:
This work describes the process of designing a pressure vessel for the pharmaceutical industry in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive and the use of German technical guideline AD 2000. The vessel consists of two chambers: product chamber, where the working pressure is from – 1 bar to 3,5 bar and heating chamber where the operating pressure is 8 bar. The maximum allowable temperature is 150 °C. First, the theoretical basics we need to know before we start constructing are presented. This is followed by a detailed and structured calculation of all the main components of the vessel. Standards that would suit the potential user are also given throughout. The minimum test pressure of the vessel is calculated, as well as the maximum test pressure with which the vessel can still be loaded. An example of calculating the capacity of a safety valve and a bursting disc for water and steam is also briefly presented. With this calculation, we found that the vessel withstands the intended operating conditions and that we achieve the required number of load cycles. A review of the utilization of all components in the assembly has also been carried out, with the help of which we can reduce the costs of production of such a vessel.
