Abstract
Veliko majhnih in srednje velikih proizvodnih podjetij ima poslovni informacijski sistem, nima pa sistema za nadzor in zajem proizvodnih podatkov. Na spletu je izredno težko najti sistem, ki bi bil odprtokoden. Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je zato izdelati informacijsko rešitev za nadzor in spremljanje proizvodnje po posameznih delovnih mestih. V tem diplomskem delu smo razvili aplikacijo, ki deluje na vseh sistemih, ki podpirajo najbolj razširjene brskalnike. Izdelana aplikacija podpira več različnih delovnih mest s specifičnim potekom dela. Aplikacija podpira tri različne vrste prijave in ima podporo za čitalnik RFID in čitalnik črtnih kod. Pri tem beleži čase izdelave, dokončane izdelke, porabljen material in porabljen čas delavca. Obenem prikazuje podatke o trenutnem izdelku, uporabljen material, sliko, načrt in ostale podatke. Aplikacija ima tudi možnost prikaza dokumentov, s čimer dejansko vpelje brezpapirno poslovanje v proizvodnjo. Aplikacija je bila preizkušena in se je v praksi izkazala za uporabno.

Title:Application for production data monitoring and retrieval
Abstract:
Many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have, a business information system, but they are without a system for monitoring and capturing production data. It is very dificult to find a flexible system online that is open source and flexible enough. The main objective of this thesis is to develop an IT solution for controlling and monitoring production on a workplace basis. In this thesis we developed an application that works on all systems supporting the most widely used browsers. The developed application supports several different workplaces with specific workflows. The application supports three different types of login and has support for RFID reader and barcode scanner. It records production times, finished products, material consumed and worker time spent. It also displays information on the current product, the material used, an image, a plan and other data. The application also has the ability to display documents, bringing paperless business into production. The app has been tested and found to be useful in practice.
