Abstract
Industrija 4.0 predstavlja orodje za digitalno transformacijo podjetij in utira pot številnim inovacijam, zaradi česar jo v vse več podjetjih vedno resneje obravnavajo. Primer približevanja industriji 4.0 z nastavki digitalne transformacije in povezane avtomatizacije, je ideja podjetja, da se na področje notranje logistike vpeljejo AGV-ji. V ta namen je bila v okviru magistrske naloge izpeljana raziskava, v kateri se je preverjala možnost vpeljave AGV-jev v proces odvoza končnih izdelkov s proizvodnje linije v skladišče. S preizkusi se je ugotavljalo kakšne širine transportnih poti so dejansko potrebne, da se zagotovi nemoteno delovanje konkretnega modela AGV, ki ga podjetje že poseduje. Kreirani so bili tudi trije različni simulacijski modeli, s pomočjo katerih je bilo ugotovljeno, kateri prometni režim bi bil za obravnavan transportni proces najbolj primeren. Rezultati so pokazali, da je obravnavan tip AGV-ja možno vpeljati v proizvodni proces, če se nekoliko razširi obstoječe transportne poti. Kot najbolj optimalen prometni režim se je pokazal smerno reguliran promet.

Title:Introduction of automated guided vehicles for internal transport of finished products
Abstract:
Industry 4.0 represents a tool for digital transformation of companies and paves the way for many innovations, therefore, it is being taken more seriously by a growing number of companies. An example of approaching Industry 4.0 with commencement of digital transformation and related automation is the company's idea to introduce AGVs in the field of internal logistics. For this purpose, research was conducted as part of the master's thesis, which examined the possibility of introducing AGVs in the process of transportation of finished products from the production line to the warehouse. With the tests, width of the transport routes was determined that is needed to ensure the smooth operation of the specific AGV model that the company already owns. Also, three different simulation models were created for the determination, of the traffic regime, which would be the most suitable for the discussed transport process. The results shows that the considered type of AGV can be introduced into the production process if the existing transport routes are slightly widened. Furthermore, directionally regulated traffic proved to be the most optimal traffic regime.
