Abstract
Zato so bile preverjene vloge kot ločeni konstrukti. Na koncu so podane ideje in vprašanja za razvoja novega modela timskih vlog.

Title:Development of a Team Roles Questionnaire
Abstract:
Since there is no unified classification system of team roles in science and there are not many questionnaires in the Slovenian environment, the main purpose of the research was to evaulate the adequacy of the Team Roles model by Driskell, Driskell, Burke and Salas (2017) and development of a questionnaire. The model comprises thirteen team roles, which are distributed across three-dimensional space according to the following dimensions: dominance, sociability and task orientation. The sample consisted of 543 participants (129 men and 412 women) who completed the Big Five Inventory Questionnaire (BFI) and the newly developed Team Roles Questionnaire. Model fit, which was tested by confirmatory factor analysis, was not adequate. In order to improve the goodnes of fit indices of a model, the study used modification indices. The sample was therefore split into two parts. The first part was used for modification indices analysis and the second part was used for model validation. The model with thirteen roles was not confirmed but approached the recommended goodness of fit indices. Therefore, the roles were tested as separate constructs. The modification indices improved the goodness of fit measures for some roles. Reliability was adequate. Some deviation from theory was found when testing for correlations between team roles and regression between personality traits and team roles, which could indicate a weaker theoretical design. The structure of the model was further tested by exploratory factor analysis, where the model with thirteen roles was not confirmed. Finally, ideas and questions for the development of a new team role model are given.
