Abstract
V nalogi smo obravnavali zgorevanje lesnih sekancev v kuriščih z mehurčkasto lebdečo plastjo. Predstavljena sta zasnova in delovanje kurilnih naprav na lebdečo plast. Na krat-ko so opisani fluidizacija lebdeče plasti, lastnosti in zgradba lesnih goriv ter temeljne kemijske reakcije zgorevanja. Izvedeni računski model zgorevanja omogoča izračunava-nje osnovnih kazalcev zgorevanja, kot so količina potrebnega zraka za zgorevanje, raz-mernika zraka, količina in entalpija nastalih dimnih plinov, recirkulacije dimnih plinov ter teoretičnih temperatur v kurišču. Računski model se je uporabil za analizo razmer v kurišču industrijskega parnega kotla toplotne moči 12 MW s kurjavo na lebdečo plast. Računski model je bil sprogramiran v programskem okolju MS Excel.

Title:Fluidized bed combustion industrial steam boiler
Abstract:
In the thesis, we discussed wood biomass combustion in boilers with a bubbling fluidized bed. Presented are the planning and functioning of fluidized bed boilers. The fluidisation of the bubbling bed, characteristics and structure of the biomass and the basis chemical reactions of combustion are briefly presented. The performed calculative model of com-bustion allows to calculate the basic combustion indicators like the necessary amount of air for combustion, air ratio, quantity and enthalpy of flue gases, flue gases recirculation and theoretical temperatures in the boiler. The calculative model was used for the analy-sis of conditions in the furnace of an industrial steam boiler with a thermal power of 12 MW with fluidized bed combustion. The calculative model was programmed in the soft-ware environment MS Excel.
