Abstract
Vodstva organizacij človeka obravnavajo kot konkurenčno prednost in mu zagotavljajo ustrezne možnosti razvoja. Ravnanje z ljudmi pri delu postaja vse pomembnejše področje znotraj organizacij. Izobraževalne ustanove in organizacije se pretežno osredotočajo na nadgrajevanje znanja in razvoj sposobnosti posameznikov, pozabljajo pa na intuicijo, ki je pomemben del človekovega delovanja. V magistrskem delu so predstavljena orodja, ki merijo intuicijo posameznika in izpostavljene prednosti poznavanja intuitivnega načina delovanja zaposlenih. Oblikovani so predlogi za izboljšave v delovanju organizacij z merjenjem intuicije pri zaposlenih in oblikovanje timov na ta način. Na podlagi dobrih praks iz tujine in raziskave v proučevani organizaciji, so predstavljene možnosti uporabe pripomočka Kolbe A Index na enostaven in smiseln način in njegov vpliv na učinkovitost timskega dela. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da ima poznavanje intuitivnega načina delovanja zaposlenih pri ravnanju z ljudmi pozitiven vpliv na način vodenja, razumevanja in komuniciranja z zaposlenimi. Poleg že ustaljenih postopkov pri izbiri ustreznega kandidata oz. oblikovanja tima se je test Kolbe A Indeks izkazal kot uporaben pripomoček, ki organizacijam zagotavlja trajno informacijo o posameznikovem načinu delovanja pri pristopu k delovnim nalogam. Glede na ugotovitve se zastavlja vprašanje, zakaj organizacije ne namenjajo več pozornosti človekovemu intuitivnemu zaznavanju, prepoznavanju tovrstnih odločitev in krepitvi občutka intuicije. Na podlagi obstoječih raziskav so bili prepoznani mnogi pozitivni vplivi, ki jih zagotavlja oblikovanje delovnih timov na podlagi intuitivnega načina delovanja zaposlenih, zaradi česar bi bilo smiselno tem smernicam tudi slediti. Organizacije naj v prihodnje tehtajo med prednostmi, ki jih prinaša oblikovanje komplementarnih delovnih timov, in negativnimi vidiki nepoznavanja nezavednega delovanja in neizkoriščenega potenciala vsakega posameznika.

Title:
The applicability of the kolbe A index in organizing working teams
Abstract:
Organisation executives consider humans as a competitive advantage and provide them appropriate developmental possibilities. Human resource management is becoming a crucial organizational area. While educational institutions and organisations mainly focus on the knowledge upgrading and on developmental abilities of individuals, the intuition as an important part of human functioning remains in the background. The following master thesis presents tools used for measuring an individual intuition and the exposed advantages of expertise in employees’ intuitive operation. Presented proposals are designed in order to improve organization functioning by measuring employees’ intuition and designing teams in that way. Based on foreign good practice and on research in the studied organization possibilities of the use of accessory Kolbe A Index are presented in a simple and reasonable manner and its effect on the efficiency of team work. It has been established that knowing the intuitive performance of employees has a positive effect on ways of managing, understanding and communicating with the employees. Apart from common procedures in selecting an appropriate candidate in creating a team, a test Kolbe A Index has proven to be a useful tool that provides organisations a permanent information about how individuals approach towards their working tasks. According to the findings in the aforementioned master thesis a question arises what is the reason that organisations disregard human intuitive perception and subsequently, do not fortify the sense of intuition. Based on the existing research many positive effects in relation to team creation have been acknowledged. Taking that into consideration it would be appropriate to implement intuitive performance of employees into human resources management. In future organisations should thoroughly ponder all the advantages of creating complementary working teams and consider all the negative effects of disregarding the importance of subconscious human performance and the unexploited potential of every individual.
