Every organization wants to be successful. One of the main reasons for success is a good organizational climate. It is important to be aware that the organizational climate depends on just about every employee in a company. If we feel good at work, we will be more successful and consequently contribute to the greater success of the entire organization.
In this part, I took a closer look at the following dimensions of the organizational climate: attitude towards quality, innovation and initiative, motivation and the overall commitment of employees, sense of belongingness, internal relations, knowledge of the goals of the institution, organization, leadership, communication and information, possibilities of promotion, employee rewards, professional training and education of employees at the Centre of Social Work Spodnje Podravje.
The research is quantitative. To analyze the organizational climate, I used a pre-prepared survey questionnaire, which I summarized after the SiOK project. I believe that the findings would be interesting for the management of the Centre of Social Work Spodnje Podravje, because they could, on the basis of these results, introduce possible changes that would further improve the organizational climate in the company.
