Abstract
S Pearsonovim korelacijskim koeficientom smo ugotavljali povezanost posameznih testov in povezanost testov z antropometričnimi podatki. Rezultati: Telesna masa in telesna višina sta bili povezani s testom enoročnega suvanja žoge iz sedečega položaja, starost preiskovancev s testom sklec in testom stabilnosti zgornjega uda v zaprti kinetični verigi.

Title:Correlation between upper extremity tests and anthropometrc data in physiotherapy students
Abstract:
The Single Arm Seated Shot-Put test, Push-up test and Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability test would be appropriate for preventive assessment of young adults to determine the risk of injury based on occupational choice of profession and therefore reduce upper extremity chronic pains. Aims: The purpose of the pilot study was to find out the correlation between each test, the tests and subjects characteristics and to cheque the consistency of our results with other studies. Methods: Thirteen second-year physiotherapy students were included. Using Pearson's correlation coefficient, we determined the correlation of each test and the tests with anthropometric data. Results: Height and body weight alone influenced the Single Arm Seated Shot Put Test and age influenced the Push up test and the Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability test. We found excellent correlation between the Single Arm Seated Shot-Put Test for left and right upper extremity and moderate between the Push up test and Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability test. Conclusion: Our results are consistent with the results in previous studies. Future studies should be conducted on larger samples and include the formation of normative values.
