Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava pomen vključevanja zaznaval v proces štancanja. Cilj naloge je bil preizkusiti, kako uporaba namenskih zaznaval vpliva na kakovost in produktivnost proizvodnega procesa, kar se kaže na ustreznosti izdelanih kosov in povečanju življenjske dobe orodja. Delo zajema konstruiranje orodja, izdelavo in preizkus le-tega ter testiranje učinkovitosti delovanja posameznega zaznavala. Podrobneje je predstavljen celoten proces od zasnove do detajlnega konstruiranja elementov orodja ter njihova ustrezna umestitev v orodje. Prikazano je tudi, na kakšen način pridemo do končnih izdelkov in s katerimi zaznavali ter na kakšen način obvladujemo sam proces. Tekom obratovanja stroja so bile v proces vnesene motnje, ki se med štancanjem najpogosteje pojavijo, s tem pa se je spremljala učinkovitost odziva posameznega zaznavala za preprečitev neželenih dogodkov kot so zastajanje pločevine, nabiranje in zatikanje izdelkov ali odpada, poškodbe orodja in izdelava serije izdelkov neskladnih z dokumentacijo.

Title:Development and testing of a progressive stamping tool with built-in sensors
Abstract:
The work discusses the importance of including sensors in the stamping process. The goal of the work was to test how the use of each sensor affects the quality and productivity of the production process, which is reflected in the suitability of the manufactured pieces and increased service life of the tool. The work includes the construction of the tool, its manufacture, testing and efficiency of each sensor used in the process. The entire process from design to detailed construction of the tool elements and their correct placement in the stamping tool is presented. It also presents how we get to the final products and how we manage the process itself and which tools need to be used. During the operation of the machine, the most common interruptions were brought in the stamping process and we were monitoring the response efficiency of each sensor to prevent unwanted events such as sheet metal stagnation, collecting and jamming of the products or waste, tool damaging and others.
