Abstract
Sodobna industrija pri načrtovanju izgradnje novih sistemov stremi k čim večji avtomatizaciji, s čimer se pomembno zmanjša vpliv človeških napak, sistemi pa postanejo varnejši in za uporabo enostavnejši. Takšni sistemi imajo karakteristike, določene s programsko kodo. Pri tem je pomembno, da programer, ki takšno kodo napiše, te karakteristike tudi ustrezno upošteva in vključi v načrtovanje. Ustrezno napisan program bo izpolnjeval vse funkcije sistema, ta pa bo ustrezno deloval v okolju, kamor je postavljen. Diplomska naloga predstavlja izdelavo programske kode za avtomatizacijo nakladanja klinkerja na tovornjake v cementni industriji. Sistem temelji na programski opremi proizvajalca Siemens. Za izdelavo programa na krmilniku smo uporabili programski jezik lestvični diagram, za izdelavo uporabniškega vmesnika HMI pa programski jezik WinCC. Z izdelano programsko kodo smo poskrbeli tudi za temeljito diagnostiko napak, hkrati pa smo upravljanje zahtevnejših sistemov približali uporabnikom, ki nakladanje opravljajo prvič. S podrobno preučitvijo in nastavitvijo tehtnice smo omogočili tudi, da je sistem možno nadgraditi za javni promet, na podlagi katerega je možno izvesti obračun naloženega klinkerja na tovornjak.

Title:Development of a software code for clinker dispatch system
Abstract:
Modern industry is striving to design new systems to be as automated as possible, which are thus minimally affected by human errors, become safer and also easier to use. Such systems have their characteristics defined by the software code, where it is important that the programmer who writes the code also takes these characteristics into the account and incorporates them into the design. Properly written program will fulfil all the functions of the system and will function properly in the environment where it is placed. This thesis presents the development of a software code for loading clinker onto trucks in the cement industry. The system is based on Siemens software, where ladder diagram programming language was used to create the PLC program and WinCC programming language was used to create the HMI interface. The developed software code was used to perform a thorough fault diagnosis, while bringing the operation of more complex systems closer to the users who are loading the trucks for the first time. The detailed study and set-up of the weightbridge, we introduced a possible upgrade of the system for legal-for-trade, from which it is possible to calculate the clinker loaded on the truck.
