Kontrola dimenzij konusov s koordinatnim merilnim strojem

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene meritve konusnega pesta zavornega diska. Pregledano je ročno merilno orodje in etaloni, ki se uporabljajo v strojnih delavnicah. Narejen je pregled vplivnih dejavnikov na merilno negotovost, ki se pojavijo pri zajemanju meritev na koordinatnem merilnem stroju. Preučeno je delovanje programske opreme za krmiljenje ter izpis programa za meritev. Predstavljene so strategije merjenja in filtracije zajetih podatkov na etalonskem obroču. Opisan je postopek nastavljanja obdelave glede na izmerjene vrednosti. Izvedene so meritve na seriji zavornih diskov, katere smo grafično ovrednotili in ugotavljali stabilnost procesa. Ugotovljeno je, da nekatere merjene veličine ne dosegajo zahtevanih toleranc. Zato se je z naročnikom izdelkov dogovorilo o dodatni uskladitvi načrta in zmanjšanju zahteve ozkosti toleranc.

• Title: Inspection of cones dimensions with coordinate measuring machine

Abstract

The thesis presents measurements of the conical hub of the brake disc. The first part describes hand-held measuring tools and standards, which are used in machine workshops. The following chapter provides an overview of the influencing factors on the measurement uncertainty that can occur while capturing measurements on the coordinate measuring machine. Next, the operation of the control software and the printout of the measurement program are studied. The thesis also includes the presentation of strategies for measuring and filtering the captured data on the reference ring. In the empirical part, the results of measuring different brake discs were collected, which were graphically evaluated, and based on that, the stability of the process was determined. It was found that some measured values do not reach the required tolerances. Therefore, it was agreed with the customer to coordinate the plan and reduce the requirements relative to narrow tolerances.
