Delo se primarno osredotoča na potencial pametnih zgradb in njeno formalno uvedbo v Evropski uniji. Celotna analiza se predstavi s pomočjo Indikator pripravljenosti na pametne sisteme (SRI) in skupno metodologijo, s katero jo je potrebno izračunati. Na obravnavanem primeru lastne stanovanjske stavbe, s pomočjo poenostavljenega modela, predstavim pridobitev potrdila o indikatorju pripravljenosti na pametne sisteme.

Abstract

The work focuses primarily on potential smart buildings and its formal introduction in the European Union. The overall analysis is presented using the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) and a common methodology how to be calculated. In the case of my own residential building, with the help of a simplified model, I present the acquisition of a certificate of readiness indicators for smart systems.
