Abstract

Title:Design and implementation of electronic system for controlling the electric wheelbarrow
Abstract:
The purpose of this Master's thesis is hardware engineering and designing a printed circuit board which acts as a connection between individual electrical assemblies. Printed circuit board can monitor current state of the system and based upon them, determines next parameters. In the first few chapters we take a look at existing similar products and describe their deficiencies, after which we talk about our product. We describe our patent application and describe our electrical assemblies - motor, batteries and controller. In the next few chapters we describe our printed circuit board and indvidiual components. It is designed around microcontroller ESP32 which communicates and manages with other electrical modules and blocks, such as: switching power supplies, button, combinatorial circuit, digital and analogue part. In this section, we also discuss about simulations of some of the critical signals. In the third part of Master's thesis, we discuss about measurements, testing on the go, improvements and final results.
