The master's thesis presents posibilities for installation of solar collectors on foreign real estate in Slovenia on the basis of real law and law of obligations. Master's thesis first deals with the topic of real law definition of solar collectors on foreign real estate as movable or component of the real estate. In the second part, the master's thesis analyzes important aspects of individual legal institutes in regards to the topic. In the third part it compares institutes and analyzes the suitability of their use to regulate the relationship regarding the installation of solar panels on foreign real estate and draws attention to their advantages and disadvantages. In the works, the master's thesis also presents German case law and Swiss legal theory and case law in the field.
