Abstract
Magistrsko delo se osredotoča na transformativno učenje žensk v času ločitve, ki se začne z ozaveščenjem tako imenovane brezizhodne dileme in se konča, ko ženske zaživijo v skladu s spremenjenim referenčnim okvirom. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako se ženske v tem življenjskem prehodu spreminjajo in učijo. Izhajajoč iz teoretskih izhodišč iz področja ločitve, teorije rezilientnosti in teorije transformativnega učenja smo v empiričnem delu opravili kvalitativno raziskavo. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo petih eksplikativnih intervjujev in enega ekspertnega intervjuja ter jih interpretirali s pomočjo teorije transformativnega učenja. Zbrane naracije kažejo, da v procesu ločitve ženske s pomočjo kritičnega razmisleka, podpornega sistema in čustvovanja preizprašujejo svoja prepričanja, spreminjajo svoj pogled na svet in zaživijo v skladu z novo perspektivo. Ob tem so navajale razloge za ločitev in spremembe po ločitvi. Ugotovili smo, da so v procesu ločitve intervjuvanke doživele osebno transformacijo, prav tako pa so se ob tem veliko naučile in usvojile nove veščine in znanja. Kljub številnim izzivom so mnenja, da se je po ločitvi njihovo življenje spremenilo na bolje. Izboljšala se je njihova samopodoba in odnosi z drugimi ljudmi. Danes ločitve ne obžaluje nobena.

Title:Transformative Learning of Divorced Women
Abstract:
The master's thesis focuses on the transformative learning of women during divorce, which begins with the so-called disorienting dilemma and ends when women start to live according to a changed frame of reference. The purpose of the research was to discover how women change and learn in this life transition. In the empirical part, we conducted research based on theory in the field of divorce, resilience theory, and transformative learning theory. Data were collected using five explicative interviews and one expert interview, and interpreted using transformative learning theory. The collected narratives show that in the divorce process, women rely on critical reflection and their support system to question their beliefs, change their worldview and start to live according to a new meaning perspective. They stated the reasons for the divorce and the changes after the divorce. We found that in the process of divorce, the interviewees experienced a personal transformation while learning and acquiring new skills and knowledge. Despite facing many challenges, they think that their lives changed for the better after the divorce. Their self-image as well as their relationships with other people improved. Today, none of them regret the divorce.
