Abstract
Naredili smo statistično analizo ektomikoriznih združb, ki se pojavljajo na kontejnerskih sadikah in puljenkah bele jelke, sajenih na ploskvi z osojno in na ploskvi s prisojno lego. Med seboj smo primerjali sadike glede na čas vzorčenja (v izhodni fazi, po enem in po dveh rastnih sezonah) ter na tip sadike (kontejnerske sadike in puljenke). Ugotovili smo, da je pri puljenkah izhodna vrednost števila vrst višja, prav tako je višji delež mikoriziranih korenin in indeksi vrstne pestrosti. Po eni in dveh rastnih sezonah se je število vrst kontejnerskih sadik neznačilno povečalo, število vrst puljenk pa je, tako kot ostali indeksi vrstne pestrosti, značilno upadlo že v prvem letu vzorčenja. Po rezultatih sodeč na vrstno pestrost ne vplivajo le izhodni tipi ECM prisotni na sadikah, temveč se združba lahko spreminja glede na rastiščne razmere in glede na prisotnost propagul na samem rastišču. Položaj sadik na osojni ali prisojni legi ni bistveno vplival na združbo ektomikorize. Število tipov, ki so se pojavljali le pri sadikah na osojni ali na prisojni legi je enako, relativno visoko pa je tudi število skupnih tipov ECM, kar potrjuje, da lega sadnje bistveno ne vpliva na združbo niti na ravni posamezne vrste.

Title:Impact of a planting exposition on the ectomycorrhiza community changes in silver fir seedlings
Abstract:
We performed a statistical analysis of ectomycorrhizal communities, which occur on containerized and bare root seedlings of white fir, planted on two plots (north and south facing), we formed groups according to the time of sampling (initial phase, after one and after two growing seasons) and by the type of seedling (containerized and bare root seedlings). Results showed higher initial species richness, percentage root mycorrhizal colonization and species diversity indices in bare root seedlings. After field growth containerized seedlings species richness increased insignificantly, and the bare root seedlings species richness and other species diversity indices significantly decreased. According to the results, the species diversity is not only affected by the initial ectomycorrhizal types present, but the associations can also change according to the site conditions and the presence of propagules on the site itself. After the first and second growing seasons, planting exposition did not affect the ectomycorrhizal community in white fir. The number of types that appeared only with seedlings on the north or south facing slope is the same, but the number of common ectomycorrhizal types is relatively high, which confirms that the planting exposition does not significantly affect ectomycorrhizal communities on the species level.
