Abstract
Pri ročni montaži modularne prenapetostne zaščite prihaja do težav zagotavljanja kakovosti zaradi velike variabilnosti, ki jo povzroča ročna montaža. V želji po večji ponovljivosti, kakovosti, manjšemu izmetu ter zagotavljanju stabilnega procesa je bilo podjetje primorano k razvoju avtomatizirane montažne linije za končno montažo omenjenega izdelka. V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali zgradbo avtomatizirane montažne linije po posameznih delovnih postajah ter vire variabilnosti zaradi katerih še zmeraj lahko prihaja do slabe kakovosti. Analizirali smo različne mehanizme za zagotavljanje kakovosti ter kontrolne priprave vgrajene v avtomatizirano linijo. V eksperimentalnem delu smo testirali in izmerili več montažnih sil, na podlagi katerih smo izbrali ustrezne pnevmatske in robotske komponente za sestavljanje izdelkov. Rezultati analiz delovanja avtomatizirane linije so pokazali, da je zagotavljanja kakovosti na postajah A04 in A05 še zmeraj pomanjkljivo, zato so podani predlogi za izboljšave.

Title:Quality assurance in the final assembly of modular surge protection
Abstract:
Quality assurance problems are generally caused by high variability of manual assembling process. Higher repeatability, quality, less scrap and stable process could be achieved with automated assembly line of final product. We analysed automated assembly line by individual workstations and the sources of variability due to which poor quality is still present. We have also analysed different quality assurance mechanisms and control devices, included in automated line. Quality assurance problems are generally caused by high variability of manual assembling process. Higher repeatability, quality, less scrap and stable process could be achieved with automated assembly line of final product. We analysed automated assembly line by individual workstations and the sources of variability due to which poor quality is still present. We have also analysed different quality assurance mechanisms and control devices included in automated line. Assembly forces have been tested and measured as base to choose appropriate pneumatic and robotic components for assembly line. Analysis results shows that quality assurance at stations A04 and A05 is still not achieved. Due to this results, proposals for improvements are given.
