In today's technologically advanced world, keeping up with trends is important. Many processes are moving to computer platforms. For older companies, this transition is a bit more difficult as they have to adapt some existing processes. We talk about digitalizing the company and optimizing their processes. The aim of the diploma thesis is to modernize the company Zemljak d.o.o., more precisely, to digitize the use of work orders and to optimize transport processes. The solution was achieved by introducing a small information system developed using the Blazor framework and Microsoft SQL Server to store data, all of that accessible via a web application. The efficiency of the newly introduced information system was analyzed. Data on efficiency and speed of work was compared with data from before the introduction of the system. The results of the diploma thesis help anyone who is interested in use of technology to digitize and optimize processes in the company.
