Abstract
Zaradi vedno večjega povpraševanja po rabi vode naraščajo pritiski na vodni in obvodni ekosistem. Za ohranjanje in varovanje vodnih virov je potrebno učinkovito in trajnostno upravljanje, ki zahteva dostop do čim večje količine informacij o stanju voda. Namen magistrskega dela je bil razviti metodologijo izrisa odsekov vodotokov, ki so obremenjeni s povratno rabo. Izdelan je bil podatkovni sloj povratnih odvzemov na vodotokih s prispevno površino večjo od 10 km2, ki bo podal informacijo obremenjenosti vodotokov. Poleg izrisa odsekov so bili v atributivni tabeli zbrani podatki za večjo uporabnost rezultatov v nadaljnjih raziskavah. Kot kazalec za prikaz obremenjenosti vodotoka smo uporabili podatek o dolžini oziroma deležu vodotoka, ki je obremenjen s povratno rabo. Delež obremenjenosti vodotokov s povratnimi odvzemi v Sloveniji ni velik, ampak so le posamezni vodotoki pod močnim vplivom povratnih odvzemov. Večina vodnih dovoljenj, največ za proizvodnjo električne energije v malih hidroelektrarnah, je bilo podeljenih na vodotokih alpskega in predalpskega sveta. Najmanj so obremenjene tekoče površinske vode v porečju Mure in Kolpe ter v zgornjem toku Soče. Rezultati, ki smo jih dobili z izdelavo magistrskega dela, so dodaten vir informacij o stanju voda za pomoč pri učinkovitem in trajnostnem upravljanju z vodami.

Title:Development of a methodology for mapping of sections with water abstraction returns on larger surface water bodies using geoinformation tools
Abstract:
Due to the increasing demand for water use, pressures on the aquatic and riparian ecosystem are rising. In order to preserve and protect water resources, efficient and sustainable management is required, which is only possible with access to as much information as possible about water status. The purpose of this thesis was to develop a methodology to draw watercourse links that are burdened with temporary water reuse. A coverage of temporary water abstractions on watercourses with a catchment area larger than 10 km2 has been made, which will provide information on watercourse pressures. In addition to drawing pressured links, we collected data in the attribute table for a larger use of the results in further research. To indicate watercourse pressures, we used data about the length and the proportion of the watercourses that are burdened with temporary water reuse. The results show that the proportion of watercourses that are burdened with temporary water abstractions in Slovenia is not big, but individual watercourses are under the strong impact of water reuse. Most water permits, mainly for the production of electricity in small hydropower plants, were issued on watercourses in the Alpine and pre-Alpine region. The least pressured running surface waters with water abstractions are the Mura River and the Kolpa River watersheds and in the upper Soča River. The results that were obtained with this thesis are an additional source of information about water use, which will help to manage water efficiently and sustainably.
