Abstract
Uvod: Covid-19 je virusna bolezen, ki jo povzroča SARS-CoV-2. Marca 2020 je bila zaradi izbruha razglašena svetovna pandemija. Ker samo z zaščitnimi ukrepi ni mogoče preprečiti širjenja bolezni, je pomembno cepljenje prebivalstva za dosego kolektivne imunosti. Covid-19 vpliva na vse vidike javnega in zasebnega življenja. Predvsem je do dobra posegel v zdravstveni sistem in ga postavil pred velik izziv. Po vsem svetu hitra rast števila okuženih s covid-19 povzroča izgube življenj in trpljenje ljudi. Telemedicina je postala bistvena vstopna točka v proces diagnoze, triaže in zdravljenja. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti vpliv pandemije covid-19 na zdravstvene delavce. Cilja diplomskega dela ta opredeliti vpliv pandemije covid-19 na psihično zdravje zdravstvenih delavcev in opredeliti vpliv covid-19 na delo zdravstvenih delavcev. Metode dela: V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela s pregledom domače in tuje literature iz izbranega področja. Za pregled so bili uporabljeni strokovni in znanstveni članki. Iskanje literature je bilo izvedeno v iskalnikih PubMed, Medline, Cinahl with full text ter COBIB.si. Iskanje je potekalo od avgusta do septembra 2021. Kriteriji, ki so bili uporabljeni pri iskanju, so bili starost literature (do 5 let), ujemanje ključnih besed, pregledni ali izvirni znanstveni in strokovni članki. Rezultati: Covid-19 ima velik vpliv na psihično zdravje zdravstvenih delavcev, največji vpliv ima na izvajalce zdravstvene nege. Imajo težave z nespečnostjo, tesnobo, strah jih je, da bi okužili sebe in družinske člane, trpijo za izgorelostjo, anksioznostjo in post-travmatskim stresom. Tisti, ki delajo na covid deloviščih, so poročali o višjih stopnjah prej naštetih simptomov. Napovedovalci čustvene izčrpanosti in depersonalizacije so ženski spol, delo medicinske sestre v bolnišnici, stik z bolniki s covid-19. Za zaščito zdravstvenih delavcev so pomembni zgodnja ocena in preventivni ukrepi za izboljšanje psihičnega zdravja. Covid-19 vpliva tudi na delo zdravstvenih delavcev. Nujna je ureditev delovnih pogojev - dovolj časa za odmor, sobe za počitek, prigrizki in čas za sprostitev ter komunikacija vodstva z zaposlenimi in medosebna podpora. Covid-19 nudi edinstveno možnost učenja za celoten zdravstveni sektor. Razprava in zaključek: Zdravstveni delavci doživljajo psihične težave in potrebujejo pomoč pri spopadanju s pandemijo covid-19. Poleg izobraževanj o delo s covid-19 bolniki bi na slovenskem področju lahko več poudarka dali na izboljšanje delovnih pogojev in na ukrepe za izboljšanje psihičnega zdravja zdravstvenih delavcev, saj bodo posledice, ki jih ima covid-19 za zdravstvene delavce, vidne še mnogo let. Trenutno je potrebno zaščititi zdravstvene delavcev, da niso izpostavljeni nasilju in imajo možnost za sprostitev, ko niso na delovnem mestu. Nekaj sprememb je bilo vpeljanih, prostora za izboljšavo je ogromno.

Title:Impact of the covid-19 pandemic on health care workers : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Covid-19 is a viral disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. In March 2020, it was credited with the outbreak of a declared global pandemic. Because protected measures alone cannot prevent the spread of the disease, it is important to vaccinate the population to achieve collective immunity. Covid-19 affects all visible public and private lives. Above all, the good one intervened in the health care system and posed a great challenge. Worldwide, the rapid growth of covid-19-infected damage due to loss of life expectancy and human suffering. Telemedicine has become an essential entry point in the process of diagnosis, triage and treatment. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis was to discover the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on healthcare professionals. The aim of this thesis is to define the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the mental health of healthcare professionals and to define the impact of covid-19 on the work of healthcare professionals. Methods: In the diploma work, a descriptive method of work was used with a review of domestic and foreign literature from the selected field. Professional and scientific members were used for the review. The literature search was performed in the search engines PubMed, Medline, Cinahl with the full text and COBIB.si. The search was conducted from August to September 2021. The search was conducted from August to September 2021. The criteria used in the search were age of literature (up to 5 years), keyword matching, review or original scientific and professional articles. Results: Covid-19 has a major impact on the mental health of healthcare professionals and has the greatest impact on nursing providers. They have problems with insomnia, anxiety, they are afraid of infecting themselves and family members, suffering from burnout, anxiety and post-traumatic stress. Those working directly with covid-19 patients have reported higher rates before the listed symptoms. Predictors of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are female gender, hospital nurse work, contact with covid-19 patients. Early assessments and preventive measures to improve mental health are important for the protection of health professionals. Covid-19 also affects the work of healthcare professionals. It is necessary to regulate working conditions - enough time for holidays, rest rooms, snacks and time for relaxation, as well as management communication with employees and interpersonal support. Covid-19 offers a unique learning opportunity for the entire healthcare sector. Discussion and conclusion: Healthcare professionals are experiencing mental health problems and need help coping with the covid-19 pandemic. In addition to education on working with covid-19 patients in Slovenia, we can further emphasize that working conditions and measures to improve the mental health of health care workers are improving, what will be the consequences of covid-19 for health care workers if they are no longer available. At present, it is necessary to protect health professionals so that they are not exposed to violence and have the option of accommodation that is not in the workplace. A few changes have been introduced, the room for improvement is huge.
