Abstract
V podjetju DEWESoft smo od strank zaznali potrebo po dokazovanju zmogljivosti kalibracijskega laboratorija in kakovosti opravljenih storitev. S tem razlogom smo se odločili, da svojo tehnično usposobljenost dokažemo z izpolnitvijo zahtev standarda ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Jedro magistrskega dela je določitev negotovosti umerjanja za kalibracijo merilni naprav podjetja DEWESoft. Opisan je kalibracijski sistem, postopek in uporabljene naprave. Sistem omogoča kalibracijo različnih naprav omenjenega podjetja z uporabo različne kalibracijske opreme. Izračun merilne negotovosti je zato podan generično za poljubno napravo in kalibracijsko opremo. Delo je opremljeno s poskusi, s katerimi smo ovrednotili merilno negotovost ter jo uporabili za izračun skladno z dokumentom EA-4/02 M - Vrednotenje merilne negotovosti pri kalibraciji. Zaradi kompleksnosti sistema smo se omejili samo na kalibracijo enosmerne napetosti, ki predstavlja največji interes podjetju in njenim strankam. Opisani so vsi znani prispevki merilne negotovosti, ter izračun za razširjeno merilno negotovost. Podan je tudi primer številskega izračuna za umerjanje naprave DEWE 43A.

Title:Evaluation of the DS-CAL-BOX instrument and measurement uncertainty calculation
Abstract:
At company DEWESoft, we perceived a need for customers to prove the calibration laboratory abilities and the quality of services provided. For this reason, we decided to prove it by obtaining the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. The core of the master's work is to determine the calibration uncertainty of the calibration system used in a company DEWESoft. In this document calibration system, procedure and used equipment are described. The system allows calibration of various devices of the mentioned company using various calibration equipment. Calculation of the measurement uncertainty is therefore given generically for any device and calibration equipment. The work is equipped with tests where we evaluate the measurement uncertainty and use it for the calculation in compliance with document EA-4/02 M - Evaluation of the uncertainty of measurement in calibration. Due to the complexity of the system, we limited ourselves to the calibration of DC voltage, which represents the greatest interest to the company and their customers. All known contributions of measurement uncertainty are described, as well as the calculation for extended measurement uncertainty. Provided is also an example of a calculation with numbers for calibrating a DEWE 43A.
