With the classical method, I measured the control points of the geodetic network at the Ljubljana car fair. I selected eight points on with I placed tripods with precision prisms and with the help of the gyrus method and the use of a precision tachymeter I measured horizontal directions, zenith distances and lengths to all visible points from each stand. Later, I processed the measurements and calculated positions of the points in the D96/TM coordinate system, determined the accuracy and compared the obtained results with other measurement methods performed by my predecessors.
