Abstract
Odprta kuhna je najbolj prepoznaven kulinarični dogodek v Sloveniji, ki že deveto leto združuje najrazličnejše ponudnike hrane in pijače s tujimi in domačimi obiskovalci. Diplomsko delo je namenjeno ugotavljanju motivacijskih dejavnikov in stopnje zadovoljstva obiskovalcev kulinaričnih dogodkov Odprta kuhna. Poznavanje ključnih motivov za obisk dogodka, nam omogoča boljši vpogled v želje in namere obiskovalca, bolj natančno segmentacijo in bolj usmerjeno trženje dogodka. Merjenje stopnje zadovoljstva obiskovalcev, pa je ključen korak za doseganje najboljših rezultatov in odkrivanje napak v storitvenem procesu. V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo anketiranja domačih obiskovalcev Odprte kuhne prišli do ugotovitve, da so ključni motivi za obisk dogodka fiziološki in družbeni motivi, saj obiskovalci pridejo na dogodek predvsem zaradi okušanja hrane in pijače, preizkušanja hrane točno določenega ponudnika in druženja s prijatelji in družino. Prav tako pa smo zaključili, da so obiskovalci z dogodkom zadovoljni in ga še vedno z zanimanjem obiskujejo.

Title:Motivational factors and satisfaction levels of visitors to culinary events Odprta kuhna
Abstract:
Odprta kuhna is the most recognizable culinary event in Slovenia, which for the ninth year in a row brings together a variety of food and beverage providers with foreign and domestic visitors. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the motivational factors and the level of satisfaction of visitors to the culinary events Odprta kuhna. Knowing the key motives for attending the event allows us a better insight into the wishes and intentions of the visitors. It also allows us more accurate segmentation and more focused marketing of the event. Measuring the level of visitor satisfaction, however, is a key step in achieving the best results and detecting errors in the service process. With the survey of local visitors of Odprta kuhna, we came to the conclusion that the key motives for visiting the event are physiological and social motives, as visitors come to the event mainly to taste the food and drinks, try food from a specific provider and socialize with friends and family. We also concluded that visitors are satisfied with the event and are still attending it with interest.
