Abstract
Zaključna naloga temelji na predelavi hidravlične stiskalnice v napravo za prebijanje pločevine ter na pisanju programa za PLK, za krmiljenje strežnega sistema naprave. Napravo se bo uporabljalo kot učni pripomoček za razlikovanje med ročnim in avtomatskim krmiljenjem naprave. Napravo smo zasnovali in zmodelirali v okolju za 3D modeliranje. Stiskalnico smo predelali tako, da smo obstoječemu hidravličnemu valju, ki služi za prebijanje pločevine, dodali še štiri pnevmatične, ki imajo vlogo strežne naprave. S tem smo zagotovili podajanje pločevine do mesta prebijanja ter fiksiranje pločevine. Naslednji korak je bil zasnova krmilja za PLK. Le to zajema zasnovo funkcijskega načrta ter diagrama, iz katerega smo zasnovali pnevmatično krmilno shemo s predstavljenimi povezavami na PLK. Vsi predhodni koraki so nam omogočili zasnovo električne sheme, kjer je predstavljen lestvični diagram, ki smo ga vnesli v PLK. Program smo na koncu tudi eksperimentalno preizkusili.

Title:Automation of a pneumatic sheet metal punching device using a programmable logic controller
Abstract:
This thesis is based on the conversion of the hydraulic press into a sheet metal punching device and on the writing of a PLK program for controlling the device's server system. The device will be used as a learning aid to distinguish between manual and automatic control of the device. The device was designed and modeled in a 3D modeling environment. The press was redesigned by adding four more pneumatic cylinders,which act as a service device, to the existing hydraulic cylinder, which serves to pierce the sheet metal. This ensured feeding of the sheet metal to the point of perforation and the fixing of the sheet metal. The next step was to design the controller for the PLK. This includes the design of the functional plan and the diagram from which we designed the pneumatic control circuit with the presented connections to the PLK. All the previous steps allowed us to design an electrical circuit, which presents a scale diagram, which we wrote in the PLK. In the end, we also tested the program experimentally.
