Abstract
Zaključno delo obravnava proces brizganja sestavnih delov aksialne zobniške črpalke iz fenolne duroplastične mase. Velik del cikla brizganja predstavlja čas zamreženja, ko brizganec v orodju grejemo, da povzročimo proces mreženja molekul in strjevanja brizganca. Določili smo vplivne parametre procesa in izbrali ustrezne pogoje zamreženja. Da bi skrajšali čas gretja v orodju, smo rotorje brizgali pri različnih temperaturah in časih in nato s pomočjo termomehanske analize (TMA) in 3D-skeniranja površine vrednotili ustreznost izbranih parametrov. Z analizo TMA smo določali temperaturo steklastega prehoda, ki je povezana s stopnjo zamreženja, s skeniranjem površine pa smo ugotavljali ustreznost doseženih toleranc. Izkazalo se je, da višja temperatura orodja in daljši čas zamreženja pozitivno vplivata na dimenzijsko stabilnost, dimenzijsko točnost in višino dosežene temperature steklastega prehoda.

Title:
Determination of curing time in moulding process of axial gear pump
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the injection moulding of components of an axial gear pump from phenolic thermoset material. Process parameters influence the final quality and functionality of the product. Large part of the injection moulding cycle is represented by curing time, in which mould is being heated to induce the cross-linking of molecules and solidification of the mould. We determined the influencing process parameters and selected the appropriate curing conditions. In order to reduce the curing time in the mould, the rotors were moulded at different curing temperatures and times and then the suitability of the selected parameters was evaluated by thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA) and 3D-scanning. TMA was used to determine the glass transition temperature, which is related to the degree of cure, and 3D-scanning was used to determine the adequacy of the tolerances achieved. It turned out, that higher mould temperature and longer curing time positively affect dimensional stability, dimensional accuracy and achieved glass transition temperature.
