Primerjava različnih metod merjenja premerov higienskih tamponov

Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil preveriti natančnost metod merjenja premera (debeline) digitalnih higienskih tamponov, ki se trenutno uporabljajo pri kontroli kvalitete v industriji ter ustreznost in natančnost novo vpeljane metode. Teoretični del zajema predstavitev higienskih tamponov, ki se uporabljajo za žensko higiensko nego. Predstavljena je njihova zgradba in delitev (digitalni ter aplikatorski higienski tamponi) ter proces njihove izdelave. V eksperimentalnem delu so predstavljene metode merjenja debeline higienskih tamponov, ki so bile do sedaj v podjetju primarne (merjenje premera oziroma debeline s pomičnim kljunastim merilom), ter nov način merjenja z digitalnim merilnikom debeline ter uporabo merilnih plošč, pri katerem se pri merjenju premera upošteva celotno površino higienskega tampona ter na merjenca delujejo s konstantno silo 1,8 N. Metode merjenja premera so bile primerjane tako, da je bil premer izmerjen različnim higienskim tamponom velikosti Normal, izdelanim na petih različnih strojih na štiri različne načine. Določen je bil tudi vpliv človeškega faktorja na meritve (primerjava meritev različnih merilcev). Na podlagi raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da je način merjenja z digitalnim merilnikom debeline in merilno ploščico velikosti 55 milimetrov zanesljiv, da je meritvam s pomičnim kljunastim merilom potrebno nameniti več časa za izvedbo meritve in da je merjenje premera (debeline) s pomičnim kljunastim merilom po celotni dolžini tampona primerno za določanje premera tamponov, saj tudi s to metodo izpolnjujemo zahteve kontrole kakovosti.

Title:Comparison of different methods of diameter measurements of hygienic tampons
Abstract:
The purpose of the thesis was to verify the accuracy of the methods of measuring the diameter (thickness) of digital hygienic tampons, which are currently used in the production of the company, and the adequacy and accuracy of the newly introduced method. The theory section includes a presentation of the hygienic tampons used for the hygienic care of women. Their structure and division (digital and applicator hygienic tampons) and the process of their products are presented. The experimental part presents the methods of measuring the thickness of hygienic tampons, which have so far been primarily in the company (measuring the diameter or thickness with a slide caliper), and a new method of measuring with a digital scale and the use of measuring plates, and operate on the subject with a constant force of 1.8 N. The methods of measuring the diameter (thickness) were compared so that the diameter was measured with different “Normal” sizes, hygienic tampons manufactured on five different machines in four different ways. The influence of the human factor on measurements (comparison of measurements of different meters) was also determined. Based on the research, it was found that the method of measuring with a digital watch and a measuring plate of 55 millimeters is the most appropriate and reliable for applicator-free hygienic tampons, that measurements with a slide caliper require more time to perform the measurement and that measuring diameter with a slide caliper for the entire length of the tampon, suitable for determining the diameter of the tampons, as this method also meets the requirements of quality control.
