Abstract
Potiskana embalaža vsebuje kar nekaj tehničnih elementov, ki zagotavljajo pravilnost uporabljenega embalažnega elementa na pakirni liniji. To je zelo pomembno v živilski, farmacevtski industriji oz. povsod tam, kjer ne sme priti do napak pri pakiranju, ki so posledica zamenjave ali napačno natisnjenega embalažnega elementa. V našem podjetju se sama priprava oz. oprema embalažnih elementov izvaja v programskem paketu Adobe Illustrator. Ker gre za ponavljajoč in tudi točno tehnično določen postopek, nudi možnost avtomatizacije. Sama avtomatizacija bo bistveno pripomogla k boljši učinkovitosti, razbremenitvi zaposlenih in integriteti ključnih podatkov. Obdelal bom embalažni element zloženke, predstavil trenutni način dela in izboljšave procesa. V teoretičnem delu bom predstavil in opisal tiskane tehnične elemente, ki so pomembni na pakirnih linijah v našem podjetju. Praktični del pa bo konkretna programska rešitev avtomatizacije (JavaScript) v okolju Adobe Illustrator.

Title:Automatisation of insertion of graphic elements on printed packaging material
Abstract:
Printed packaging materials contain quite a few technical elements that ensure the correctness of the packaging element used on the packaging line. This is very important in the food or pharmaceutical industry or wherever there should not be any packaging errors resulting from replaced or incorrectly printed packaging element. In our company, the graphic preparation of packaging material is implemented in the Adobe Illustrator software package. As it is a repetitive and also precisely technically defined process as such, it offers the possibility of automating these processes. Automation itself will significantly contribute to better efficiency, relieving employees and maintaining the integrity of key data. In this thesis, the process of the packaging element of the folding box is explained, and the current way of working and process improvements presented. The theoretical part presents and describes the printed technical elements that are important on the packaging lines in our company. The practical part will be a software solution in Adobe Illustrator.
