Abstract
Namen naloge je karakterizacija dinamskih radialnih sil na zadnjem ležaju izdelka, ki je naključno vzbujan z elektrodinamskim stresalnikom. V obsegu naloge je predstavljena metodologija izdelave statično in dinamsko ustreznega merilnega sistema za merjenje komponent radialne sile med obratovanjem izdelka. Tako zasnovan merilni sistem se je izdelalo in kalibriralo. Na podlagi izvedenih eksperimentov se je okarakteriziralo sile pri dveh tolerancah ležajne luknje in dveh silah prednapetja jermena.

Title:Characterization of dynamic bearing forces on the alternator under vibration load
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to characterize the dynamic forces on the rear ball bearing of a product that is randomly excited by an electrodynamic shaker. In the scope of this thesis the methodology of designing a statically and dynamically appropriate measuring system that is capable of measuring the components of radial force during the operation of the device. Said measuring system is later manufactured and calibrated. Based on the performed experimental measurements, we characterize the forces that occur in the case of two interference fits between rear ball bearing and device housing. Effect of different belt pretensions are also assesed.
