Modeliranje in simulacija robotizirane montažne linije prototipne pametne tovarne

Modeliranje in simulacija je vse pogosteje uporabljen pristop pri optimizaciji proizvodnih sistemov in procesov. V okviru magistrskega dela je obravnavana robotizirana montažna linija prototipne pametne tovarne, za katero je izvedena računalniška simulacija na osnovi diskretnih dogodkov. Podrobneje sta obravnavani dve robotski celici z več montažnimi mesti, na katerih se izvaja proces montaže več izdelkov. V prvem delu je predstavljen razvoj in izdelava simulacijskega modela proizvodne linije. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena poglobljena analiza robotiziranega montažnega procesa. Osrednji del naloge predstavlja integracija genetskih algoritmov v simulacijski model in izvedba simulacijskih eksperimentov, s katerimi smo optimizirali zaporedje strege baznih delov za nadaljnjo izvedbo montažnih procesov. Glavni kriterij za optimizacijo je predstavljal pogoj za dosego čim krajšega časa izdelave izbrane serije 25-ih izdelkov. V zaključku naloge smo oblikovali dodaten simulacijski scenarij za primerjavo učinkovitosti obstoječe razporeditve robotskih strežnih in montažnih operacij s predlaganimi novimi strežnimi in montažnimi operacijami, pri čemer smo upoštevali kriterij najkrajšega časa izdelave izbrane serije 25-ih izdelkov.

• Title: Modelling and simulation of robotic assembly line of smart factory prototype

Abstract

Modelling and simulation is an increasingly used approach to the optimization of production systems and processes. In the master thesis it is discussed about robotic assembly line, for which a discrete event-based computer simulation is performed. Two robotic cells with several assembly places, on which the assembly process for different products is carried out, is analyzed in more detail. The first part presents design and development of simulation model of production line. The next part is a representation of detailed analysis of robotic assembly process. The main part of the thesis is the integration of genetic algorithms into the simulation model and the simulation experiments runs, with which we optimize the sequence of serving the base parts for further execution of assembly processes. The main criterion for optimization was condition to achieve the shortest possible production time of the selected series of 25 products. At the end of the thesis we designed an additional simulation scenario to compare the efficiency of the existing arrangement of robotic serving and assembly operations with the proposed new serving and assembly operations, taking into account the evaluation criterion of the shortest possible production time of the selected series of 25 products.
