Abstract
V vinogradništvu in nasploh agrikulturi je zaželeno ekološko zatiranje plevela.V večjih nasadih se že precej let uporablja način odmikanja orala. Problem nastane pri hribovitih terenih, kjer vinogradi rastejo na terasah. Za velika podjetja je tu očitno trg premajhen, zato le s težavo dobimo kultivator, ki obdeluje na strani teras. Naprava je gnana hidravlično, odmik orala se izvede s pritisno silo trte na tipalo. V nalogi smo glede na preračune dimenzionirali konstrukcijo ter izbrali hidravlične komponente za izdelavo prototipa. Izvedene so bile simulacije hidravličnega sistema. Podali smo možnosti za izboljšanje stroja, ki pa nam prinašajo dodatne stroške. Opravičljivost stroškov se bo pokazala ob izdelavi prototipa.

Title:Hydraulic under-vine cultivator
Abstract:
Ecological weed control is generaly desirable in viticulture and in agriculture. In larger plantations the plowing method has been used for many years. It becomes problematics in hilly terrain where vineyards grow on terraces. The market here is obviously too small for large farms, so it is difficult to get a cultivator that cultivate on the side of terraces. The device is hydraulically driven, the displacement of the plow is done with hydraulic cylinder when the pressure force of the vine activates the switch via a sensor. Based on calculations, we sized our design and selected the hydraulic components needed to build a prototype. Simulations of the hydraulic sistem were performed. We have made suggestions to improve the machine at an additional cost to us. If this costs are reasonable, we will see when we will build a prototype.
