Abstract
V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene konstrukcijske izboljšave in izboljšave hidravličnega sistema mini hidravličnega teptalnika, namenjenega urejanju manjših smučišč in tekaških prog. Lahka in ozka konstrukcija omogoča prevoz z avto-prikolico brez naletne zavore, vendar se ta priporoča. Svetujemo tudi uporabo zimskih gum na vlečnem in priklopnem vozilu. Glavni namen izboljšav teptalnika je bil, odpraviti probleme, ki so nastajali pri dosedanjih prototipih, poskrbeti za varnost delavca pri upravljanju s teptalnikom in uporabiti optimalne sestavine, glede na ceno, težo in zmogljivost. S preračuni je bilo ugotovljeno, da lahko teptalnik z izboljšano konstrukcijo in hidravličnim sistemom ter z vsemi priključki, teoretično premaguje strmine z naklonom do 30°, brez priključkov (pluga in freze) pa strmine do naklona 46,9°.

Title:Improvement of mini hydraulic snow groomer
Abstract:
The thesis presents the improvements of the design and hydraulic system of a mini-hydraulic snow groomer, appropriate for grooming smaller ski slopes and trails for cross-country skiing. The light and narrow construction allows easy transport with a car trailer without a trailor brake, but it is recommended. We also advise the use of winter tyres on the vehicle and the trailer. The main purpose of the improvements was to eliminate the problems, which have occurred on existing prototypes, improve the safety of the driver and use optimal components regarding the price, weight and performance. The calculations showed that the mini-hydraulic snow groomer with the improved design, hydraulic system and all attachments can theoretically manage slopes up to 30°, where as the same groomer without attachmnets (a plough and a tiller) can groom slopes up to 46,9°.
