Abstract
Uredba (EU) 1321/2014 se je z Izvedbeno uredbo (EU) 2019/1383 močno spremenila. Organizacije za vodenje stalne plovnosti (CAMO) morajo ob spremembi opraviti tranzicijo v novo odobritev po Delu CAMO. Preučili smo zakonodajo za CAMO v Republiki Sloveniji ter spremembe, ki jih v primerjavi s starimi zahtevami prinaša Del CAMO. Med ugotovljenimi spremembami je bistvena uvedba sistema SMS v aktivnosti CAMO. Za hipotetični primer odkrite nevarnosti v CAMO smo uporabili pristop upravljanja varnostnih tveganj in zmanjšali nevarnost tveganja za letenje. Za CAMO podjetja Lipican Aer d.o.o. smo pripravili predloge nekaterih delovnih postopkov. Podjetje jih je prepoznalo kot ustrezne za uporabo.

Title:Transition of continuing airworthiness management organisation from approval under Subpart G of Part M to approval under Part CAMO
Abstract:
Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 was significantly changed by the Implementation regulation (EU). Continuing airworthiness management organisations (CAMO) are required to make a transition to new approval under Part CAMO. We reviewed the legalization for CAMO in Republic of Slovenia and changes introduced by Part CAMO. The biggest change identified is implementation of SMS to CAMO activities. We applied SMS risk assessment and mitigation principals on a hypothetical CAMO related hazard and managed to ensure safety of flying. We prepared proposals of some work procedures for Lipican Aer LTD. CAMO activities. The company reviewed the proposed and accepted it as suitable for use.
