Abstract
Raziskovali smo vpliv obdelovalnih parametrov na spreminjanje temperature na površini obdelovanca pri postopku vrtanja. Zanimalo nas je, kako zelo rezalna hitrost, podajanje in količina hladilnega sredstva vplivajo na potek temperature med procesom. Za namen raziskave smo postavili merilno mesto, ki nam je med vrtanjem beležilo temperature na spodnji površini obdelovanca. Zajete podatke smo računalniško obdelali in jih prikazali v obliki grafov. Ugotovili smo, da obdelovalni parametri vplivajo na potek temperature. Na prikazanih grafih je mogoče jasno razbrati naraščanje temperature pri posameznem eksperimentu. Krivulje potekov temperatur smo primerjali med seboj in ugotavljali, zakaj je prišlo do razlik med eksperimenti. Ugotovili smo, da pri višji rezalni hitrosti temperatura hitreje narašča in doseže večjo končno vrednost. Podobno je pri podajalni hitrosti.

Title:Temperature analysis during drilling with fast running thermal camera
Abstract:
In this paper, the influence of machining parameters on the change of temperature on the workpiece surface during the drilling process was investigated. The aim was to find out to what extent the cutting speed, the feed and the amount of refrigerant affect the temperature flow during the process. For the purpose of the research, a measuring point was set up to capture the temperature on the lower surface of the workpiece during drilling. The captured data were computer processed and presented in the form of graphs. It was found that machining parameters affect the temperature flow. The graphs clearly show an increase in temperature at each experiment. Temperature flow curves were compared with each other and it was discussed why differences between the experiments occurred. It was found that at higher cutting speeds, the temperature rises faster and reaches a higher final value. In the case of feed rate, the influence is similar.
