Mehanska analiza vpenjalne plošče za orodje za tlačno litje

Pri procesu tlačnega litja aluminija moramo v določenih primerih za vpenjanje orodja na stroj za tlačno litje uporabiti za to namenjeno vpenjalno ploščo. V sklopu zaključne naloge je bila izvedena mehanska analiza omenjene plošče. Najprej smo preko enačb metode končnih elementov izvedli mehansko analizo preprostega volumna, da smo razumeli delovanje same metode. V glavnem delu zaključne naloge smo z uporabo računalniškega programa Abaqus/Standard izvedli mehansko analizo same vpenjalne plošče in analizirali dobljene rezultate.

• Title: Mechanical analysis of a clamping plate for a die casting tool

Abstract

In certain cases during the process of aluminium die-casting, a dedicated clamping plate must be used to clamp the tool to the die-casting machine. As part of the final work, a mechanical analysis of the mentioned plates was performed. First, we performed a mechanical analysis of a simple volume through the finite element method equations to understand the operation of the mentioned method. In the main part of the final work, we performed a mechanical analysis of the mentioned clamping plate using computer code Abaqus/Standard and analyzed the results obtained.
