Urnik pomoči na domu : magistrsko delo

Pomoč na domu izvajajo domovi za starejše občane. Eden izmed večjih povzročiteljev stresa za koordinatorje je načrtovanje in izdelava urnikov delovnega časa oskrbovalcev. Te se v večini primerov izdelujejo ročno ter se kopirajo iz tedna v teden z malenkostnimi popravki. Problem izdelave urnika pomoči na domu je podoben problemu razvoza s časovnimi okni (vehicle routing problem with time windows), ki mu dodamo nekaj dodatnih omejitev. V magistrskem delu predstavimo izdelavo urnika s pomočjo orodja za reševanje problemov z omejitvami – OptaPlanner. Opisane so posebnosti tega orodja, način, kako vhodne podatke pripravimo, da jih lahko program obdela, kaj so bili glavni izzivi pri implementaciji ter kako izbira različnih omejitev in njihovih uteži vpliva na končne rešitve.

Abstract

Home care is provided by retirement homes. One of the major causes of stress for coordinators is the planning and scheduling of the caregivers' working hours. The schedules are in most cases made by hand and copied from week to week with minor corrections. The problem of creating a schedule for home care is like the vehicle routing problem with time windows, to which we add some additional restrictions. In the thesis, we present the creation of a schedule with the help of a constraint problem-solving tool – OptaPlanner. We describe the specifics of the tool, input data preparation, main challenges with the implementation, and how the choice of different constraints and their weights affect the final solutions.
